This year, Austin 's only nonstop, all-night New Year's Eve party will take place once again amidst the elegant Spanish-style architecture and elaborate grandeur of the exquisite DoubleTree Hotel.

For guests with hotel packages, the evening begins at 7pm with a complimentary preparty at the DoubleTree Hotel with an open bar and light hors d'oeuvres. During the preparty, those guests will be given early entrance to the Main Ballroom so they may secure themselves the best seats in the house.

Entertainment options will abound, as four different dance bands will share two separate ballrooms to keep partygoers moving and grooving on the dance floor through the midnight balloon drop,
and all the way until 2am.

In the main ballroom, there will be two of Austin 's hottest dance bands, The Newsboyz and Taboo.

Taboo is a group of professional musicians and singers with roots in gospel and soul. Individually, they each have played with famous bands and played or sang on notable recordings. Known for being Austin 's best funk and soul band, they have fused their sound into an exciting, distinct style of their own. This is a band that understands music and its place in our lives. As they say, “Rhythm is life and life is rhythm.” Their high energy style definitely will keep you on the dance floor all night long. You won't ever forget this fantastic band!

The Beamers consist of five lively and talented musicians who have been playing together in the Austin area and throughout the state since 1991. With a vast repertoire of dance songs from the 40's all the way through today, they always complete their mission of providing the best and most memorable music experience you could ever hope for. We are pleased to have them back with us again this year and we are sure they will keep you dancing and having fun until the last note plays.

The Crush is a high-energy, variety dance band that plays funk and rock hits covering every decade from the 50's. One of Texas' premier party bands, this is a group of powerful musicians who combine showmanship and dedication to make it a fabulous band to listen and dance to. This will be the fifth time The Crush has been featured at one of our New Year's Eve galas, and we are positive that you will love them. They will make you kick off your shoes and dance the night away.

After the Gala ends, the hotel atmosphere really heats up. This year, all guests of the Gala are invited to continue the festivities into the wee hours at any of the legendary after-parties hosted by guests throughout the DoubleTree Hotel.

The cost of The DoubleTree Package is $229.00 plus tax. The package includes your accommodations at the DoubleTree Hotel and admission for two persons to the preparty, the Gala and the DoubleTree Hotel after-parties.

Gala Tickets

Tickets are $35 per person until December 26th, and $45 thereafter.
Single tickets provide admission for one to the Gala, and access to the after-parties at the DoubleTree Hotel.
